By comprehensively using intelligent manufacturing technology and logistics system, the numerical control rate of manufacturing equipment in our workshop can reach up to 80%, realizing the real-time information interaction between robots, intelligent sensors and logistics, which enables our workshop the first smart factory for LNG ISO tank containers. As a window to demonstrate innovation and intelligent production, our workshop was awarded we have been awarded Technology Center for LNG Tank Containers by China Petroleum And Petrochemical Engineering Institute (CPPEI) in 2020, and also the Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop by Jiangsu Province in 2021.
