Lianyungang COSCO SHIPPING Special Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Was jointly founded by COSCO SHIPPING (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. And Lianyungang Traffic Control Logistics Group Co., Ltd. In March 2019, with registered capital of 300Million CNY and factory area of 370 acres. Currently, we have got production license and ASME U & T Stamp Certificates for LNG ISO tank containers.
By comprehensively using intelligent manufacturing technology and logistics system, the numerical control rate of manufacturing equipment in our workshop can reach up to 80%, realizing the real-time information interaction between robots, intelligent sensors and logistics, which enables our workshop the first smart factory for LNG ISO tank containers. As a window to demonstrate innovation and intelligent production, our workshop was awarded we have been awarded Technology Center for LNG Tank Containers by China Petroleum And Petrochemical Engineering Institute (CPPEI) in 2020, and also the Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop by Jiangsu Province in 2021.
